School improvement is an ongoing and continuous process. Our ‘School Development Plan’ is an organic document, outlining goals and current plans.

It contains information about our long-term strategic priorities and details of activities that we are undertaking to help improve provision during the academic year. It sets out how we aim, not only to maintain performance, but also to raise overall school standards; individual pupil achievement and to place every child at the heart of every decision we take. The SDP is developed through consultation with the staff and governors and will be altered and reviewed as part of our School Self-Evaluation process as we go through the year.
